Guacamole is an excellent snack and a great way to entertain guests. This avocado-based dip has ancient origins—it was first developed by Aztecs in what is now Mexico. Later, it became a staple of Mexican cuisine, and it was quickly adopted by Americans who use it as a dip, condiment, and salad ingredient. Mayonnaise makes guacamole extra creamy and even more delicious. This Creamy Guacamole is easy to make and should be eaten shortly after it’s ready.
